What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Howdy.tw 好,的目前使用中華郵政及大嘴鳥宅配通作為主要運送方式,其運費固定收取100元,購物滿3000NTD免運費.

( Taiwan only) Howdy most uses Taiwan Post and E-Can services to delivery our amazing products. The regular shipping fee is 100NTD. Free shipping over 3000NTD. 

How Long Will It Takes To Get My Package?
我多久可以收到我的包裹呢?

在您送出訂單並完成付款後
無缺貨:三工作天內會寄出。缺貨:視品項七工作天內出貨或取消訂單。

After purchased & paid, package will be shipped within three business days. If the order have problem, we will contact you as soon as possible.

How Can I Return a Product?
我該如何退換貨?

• 如商品有瑕疵,請於收到商品後七日內向 好,的 service@howdy.tw 反應,並於主旨著名:申請退換貨。
• 如商品經開封,恕無法辦理退貨。依《消費者保護法》,消費者享有7天猶豫期之權益(收到商品後隔天起為第一天),猶豫期非試用期,商品需要全新未開封,且包裝完整的狀態,才能辦理退貨退款。
• 買家收件後超過七日,恕不接受退換貨。
• 退貨商品不可拆封,並請依原包裝寄回,退回商品需包含此筆訂單的所有商品(含贈品)、紙本發票等。
